G203 Studios LLC Terms of Use

Effective Date: February 4th, 2025

 

1. INTRODUCTION TO OUR TERMS OF USE

We are G203 Studios LLC and henceforth these Terms of Use (also referred to as "Terms") can also refer to us as "G203 Studios", "we", "us" or "our". 

 

Please review these Terms before attempting to access USA Lottery Results, Pi Try, Digital Takeout and/or any of our other mobile, desktop or laptop apps (referred to together as the “Apps” and each an “App”).

 

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By downloading, installing, and/or using any of our Apps, you will be bound by these Terms for the entire lifetime of aforementioned App(s). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use our Apps.

 

​3. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Use our Apps for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity

  • Interfere with or disrupt our Apps or servers, networks, or third-party apps that are connected to our Apps

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Apps or other user accounts and/or sessions

  • Use any cheats, hacks, exploits, or other unauthorized means to gain an unfair advantage in our Apps

  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of our Apps

  • Collect or harvest any information about other users and/or sessions of our Apps

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

 

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Apps and all content included therein, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video, are the property of G203 Studios or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.   

 

5. APP AVAILABILITY

Please bear in mind that our apps rely on certain third-party code and libraries to help provide their experience. Any update or change to those third-party members may result in temporary dysfunction in our Apps. G203 Studios cannot predict these occurrences and therefore is not responsible for any loss or downtime from your experience with an App because of such events.

 

G203 Studios also reserves the right to update our Apps and their functionality at any time for any reason (including addressing any subsequent third-party modifications that may require re-work which was noted previously). This also includes removal of non-paid features. It is your responsibility to ensure that your instances of our Apps are up to date.

 

G203 Studios may also decide to discontinue and make any of their Apps unavailable at any time for any reason. If that is the case, you will still be bound to these terms until the termination and removal of these Apps from your devices is completed in which case you will become free of these Terms.

 

6. DISCLAIMERS

As it concerns the USA Lottery Results App (referred to as "lottery app" in this Disclaimers section):

 

  • G203 Studios and the lottery app are not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Mega Millions (© Mega Millions), Powerball (© Multi-State Lottery Association. All Rights Reserved) or any state lottery commission or government agency. It provides information and tools related to lotteries for informational purposes only. Please consult official lottery websites for accurate and up-to-date information. The lottery app does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided.

 

  • G203 Studios and the lottery app does not, nor can they, sell you any Mega Millions or Powerball lottery tickets. All lottery information entered and used within this app is understood to be based on actual Mega Millions and Powerball tickets accrued and purchased by the user from an actual lottery retailer.

 

  • G203 Studios and the lottery app does not own any of your lotto numbers you input (either manually or through camera scan) or generate in the application. G203 Studios will never lay claim to any winnings you are alerted/notified to by the lottery app.

 

  • G203 Studios will make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the Mega Millions and Powerball information displayed within the lottery app. In the event of a discrepancy, the official Mega Millions and Powerball records will prevail.

 

  • G203 Studios and the lottery app are not responsible for any mishaps, mistakes, or misunderstandings in concern with alerted/notified winnings. It is up to the user to verify that they have physical, legal lottery tickets that they can use to legally claim lottery winnings, and that the numbers on the ticket(s) correspond to the official winning numbers of the Mega Millions and/or Powerball game(s) before they go redeem the ticket(s).

 

7. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any claim relating to G203 Studios or our Apps shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

 

You acknowledge and give agreement that all such disputes shall be settled by arbitration in the City and County of San Antonio, Texas or such other location as G203 Studios chooses in accordance with the Federal Arbitration Act and the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. If you file any claim against G203 Studios you hereby agree to do so on an individual basis and not with any other users as a class action undertaking.

 

8. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF USE 

G203 Studios reserves the right to change the content of these Terms at any time. The latest change of these Terms will be found and maintained at this location. These Terms are effective as of February 4th, 2025.
